We would like to thank you for all you did for us during the process of buying our condo. We are in and love it! Thank you also for referring painters. The painting is completed and soon we should have our additional lighting installed by an electrician referred to us by the painter. We are now selecting furniture, rugs, etc.! Recently we enjoyed meeting some of our High Point neighbors at a social get-together.. Health and Happiness to you and your family!

The purpose of this letter is to provide a reference for Dustin Kanz of Remax Realty, whom we have worked with for many years. Dustin is highly knowledgeable about the Rochester and surrounding communities' real estate market. We have not only used Dustin's expertise for purchasing personal properties, but for our renovation business. Dustin has listed many homes for us, which have sold almost immediately. We have found that Dustin always answers our questions in a timely manner and really cares. Based upon our experience working with Dustin, we would highly recommend him to you for any real estate needs. Jim and Karen McWilliams

Bill and I wanted to thank you very much for helping us find and navigate getting into our new home in Rochester. We Appreciate all you have done for us. We are looking forward to sharing a glass of wine and some barbecue with you in the no too distant future! Sincerely Lisa and Bill

I have bought three houses and sold 2 with Dustin Kanz He always goes above and beyond, he has worked with multiple friends and family members now as well and they were all very happy. He puts the work in and the results are worth it. Also his connections in town are impressive, he seems to know everyone which really helps in the sale of your home
